This is a McDonalds museum in DesPlaines IL

It is one of the first McDonalds built in the area.

They restored it to be as originally built.

Sometimes they put old classic cars out front.

It's kinda cool.

I didn't take these pictures

but I thought I would post them to give you and idea

 of what it is like right now in this area without taking a photo of some poor souls damaged house. 

Those who are high and dry are doing their best to help those under water.

The only sign of spring here is some 

severe flooding.

So sorry for the folks under water, didn't have the 

heart to take a picture of their misfortune.

It actually snowed last night and it is still quite cold.

Fortunately, Im not on a river 

and high enough up the hill from the lake.

Life goes on!

You all know I like to keep it upbeat.

I couldn't post a picture yesterday

I just couldn't find the mood, thinking about the
families just like us who have been devastated in Boston.

Is it wrong to be happy a bad guy was killed?

I'd like to see those monsters heads on sticks,
and the heads of those who indoctrinated them!

Does that make me just as bad as they are?

I am struggling with this!

Sorry, I just have to vent.

I plan and manage a yearly educational event 

for the company I work for.

Choosing a location can be the hardest part.

Since most of the attendees are from 

the Northeast and Midwest 

a sunny destination is the most desired.

Of course I have to scope it out and that's where I was last week.

They were on every road in every town.

The population of sheep in Ireland is far greater 

than the population of people.
