Winter

Winter is holding on here

We get a day or two in the forties and then
down to below twenty degrees.
Took these today by the boat launch on Long Lake.

The ice is very unsafe but you will still find
die hard ice fishermen taking a risk.

I'm gonna stay in the rest of the weekend and read.
Brrrrrrr!!

Our temps are falling to the 40's tonight- wish I had a fireplace to snuggle up to. Enjoy a good read ~:)

  4. Well, it looks cold, that's for sure! And no.. i wish ice fishermen wouldn't do that, but it seems to be universal with them. They enjoy risk, i guess. But i certainly don't enjoy knowing they do it. Beautiful photos!

  7. Wow, that does look cold! I'd stay in, too. Love a good excuse for reading books. Hope the fishermen stay safe on that unstable ice!
